Abstract

Tidar Regional General Hospital, Magelang City is one of the referral hospitals in Central Java which provides health services to the community. The quality of hospital services is one of the important factors that determines the level of patient satisfaction and the image of the hospital. Therefore, researchers conducted a survey to analyze the service quality of Tidar Regional Hospital, Magelang City using quantitative methods by distributing online questionnaires. Service is an obligation that must be carried out optimally by service providers. Overall, the quality of service at Tidar Regional Hospital, Magelang City is classified as good.
