Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how satisfied the public is with the use of the Monggo Lapor Magelang website. The method used is a quantitative method using surveys. The results of this research show that the majority of the people in Potronson Subdistrict are satisfied with the use of the Monggo Lapor website. Based on the survey results, it shows that there is a need to improve accessibility so that all groups can use the website. From the results of this research, we have obtained a more comprehensive picture so that, in the future, the government can continue to improve this website according to the suggestions submitted. By making improvements and suggestions, the Monggo Lapor website has great potential to become a useful platform for the people and government of Magelang City.
