This research uses quantitative methods with 50 respondents who are willing to answer questionnaires containing public satisfaction with services. The results showed varying levels of satisfaction, such as in the empathy dimension and the assurance dimension had a high level of satisfaction, while the tangibles dimension had a low level of satisfaction. This research shows that public servants in Disdukcapil Magelang Regency have a great influence on community satisfaction. The research uses descriptive and quantitative methods with questionnaires to study the frequency tables and presentations, as well as multistage sampling techniques (step-by-step grouping). first stage, searching for locations in 5 faculties; the second stage, looking for respondents, each faculty took as many as 10 respondents. The results show that tangible dimensions such as reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy have varying levels of satisfaction. These findings indicate that efforts are needed to improve the quality of service in some aspects, especially in the reliability dimension. This study shows that the quality of health care at the University of Tidar Poliklinik has a significant impact on the level of patient satisfaction. (Akram &amp; Kumar, 2017). According to APJII data, internet users in Indonesia will reach 215.63 million people in 2022-2023. This study aims to determine the influence of social media on student interaction. The research method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. With an audience of 40 Tidar University students. The results of the study found 82.5% women and 17.5% men, and with an average age of 18 and 19 with a percentage of 32.5%. Social media platforms that are often used are TikTok with a percentage of 50%, Instagram 42.5%, Twitter or X 2.5% and other platforms 5%. Oil-fueled vehicles have been an integral part of human life for centuries. Fuel engines offer proven performance and reliability, making them a popular choice for various types of vehicles, from motorcycles to cars. Refueling is also not spared from daily use, especially in this study which prioritizes the satisfaction customer of self-service refueling at A. Yani gas station. Data analysis was carried out using quantitative methods. At the sampling stage, this research is carried out by conducting data filling / questionnaires to Untidar students of the State Administration Science study program class 23 who have refueled at SPBU A Yani. Testing on 66 samples obtained. This research uses quantitative survey data; it is a systematic approach to researching phenomena with numerical data and statistical analysis. The method used is a quantitative method using surveys. The results of this research show that the majority of the people in Potronson Subdistrict are satisfied with the use of the Monggo Lapor website. Based on the survey results, it shows that there is a need to improve accessibility so that all groups can use the website. From the results of this research, we have obtained a more comprehensive picture so that, in the future, the government can continue to improve this website according to the suggestions submitted.
