This study aims to examine stunting prevention from the perspective of Islamic Religious Education based on verses from the Qur'an and Hadith. The method used is a literature review with primary data from the Qur'an and Hadith, and secondary data from scientific literature. The findings show that the principles of stunting prevention are outlined in Islamic teachings, such as the recommendation for exclusive breastfeeding (Qur’an, Al-Baqarah: 233; Hadith Abu Dawud), the importance of cleanliness and sanitation (Qur’an, Al-Anfal: 11; Hadith Tirmidhi), the encouragement to work hard to meet family needs (Qur’an, At-Tawbah: 105; Hadith Bukhari), and the consumption of lawful and wholesome food (Qur’an, Al-Baqarah: 168; Hadith Thabrani). In Islam, marriage is considered an act of worship and must follow strict rules, including marrying within the same faith. According to Indonesia’s 1974 Marriage Law, a marriage is only valid if it follows the religious laws of both parties. However, interfaith marriages still occur and are increasing. This study explores university students’ views on this topic. Using a qualitative case study approach, 20 students from different backgrounds were surveyed. Results show that 65% believe interfaith marriages can be legally registered, and most have a tolerant attitude. This highlights a gap between the law and social reality. Using qualitative descriptive approach and literature study from various scientific sources, this study found that ZIS optimizing management needed management system base on the factual data, utilization of information technology, transparency and accountability in the report. The recommended strategies are strengthening basic data of Muzakki anc Mustahik, utilization zakat in the form productive program like micro business development, active involvement of the society through education and training program. In this regard, the author employs a phenomenological approach to understand the phenomenon occurring in society and analyzes the views of scholars found in the book al-Niqab ‘Adah wa Laisa ‘Ibadah, which serves as the primary data of this research, as a response to the phenomenon.The findings of this study are: first, veiled women should refrain from wearing the niqab in societies where it is not part of the local custom, particularly in communities traumatized by acts of terrorism; second, wearing the niqab can obscure a woman’s identity (syakhshiyyah al-mar’ah) in public spaces, causing them to fall behind in competition; third, the definition of syar’i clothing does not require the niqab to cover the face, since the face is not considered aurat, and the niqab has no relation to a woman’s religiosity (tadayyun al-mar’ah) because it is merely a cultural practice rather than a form of worship.</em></p>2025-08-27T05:40:05+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Riska Nurulfaizah Utami, Hamid Hodir
