Author Guidelines
Journal of Law and Business (Shirkah) is published three times a year, is a peer-reviewed journal, and specializes in field research and law-related literature reviews, following the focus and scope of this journal. The aim is to provide readers with a better understanding of the law and present its developments through the publication of articles and research reports, both field studies and literature. This journal invites scholars and experts working in all disciplines in the field of law. Articles must be original, based on field research and literature, unpublished, and not currently in the review process for possible publication in other journals. All submitted papers will be reviewed by the Editor, editorial board, and blind reviewers. Submissions that violate our guidelines regarding format or length will be rejected without review.
Writing Format

Articles using Microsoft Word (MS.Word) 2010-2013 (or later) A4 size software, then the text is typed with 1.15 spacing. The Cambria-based font is 12pt and single column. Create a reference list using a reference management tool (Zotero or Mendeley). The reference list is arranged alphabetically according to the Chicago Manual of Style 17th Edition (Author's Date). Furthermore, this manuscript is around 5-20 pages long, with top, bottom, left and right margins equal to 3 centimeters (3 cm). The results and discussion sections can be equipped with subtitles written in 12 Cambrian letters and bolded, new paragraphs can be written, and there are no spaces between paragraphs.
Title
The title of a scientific work must be written at a minimum of 10 words and a maximum of 15 words in Indonesian or English. After the title, continue with the inclusion of the author's full name without abbreviations (do not include academic title), department identity (choose one: Faculty/Study Program/Bureau/Division) in the line closest to the author's name. level of position, line of position and a comma (,) separated by (,) followed by the identity of the institution (you can choose one: University/Institute/SMA/Institute/Institute) where the author works, then include an email address as a medium for correspondence between the reader and reader. author at the bottom of the first page.
Abstract
The summary of research results, field studies and literature is relatively straightforward, without too detailed explanation. The abstract typeface is Cambria with a font size of 12pt in 1 (one) paragraph and contains a minimum of 150 to a maximum of 200 words; The essence is accompanied by a maximum of 5 (five) keywords or phrases and must contain: (1) Background, research problem; (2) research objectives; (3) The research method used; (5) Research results; (6) Research conclusions in achieving research objectives.
Introduction
Contains an introduction to the research which has a proportion of 25% or around 4 (four) pages of the entire manuscript. Contains the background of the problem, research problems, problems (problems), a clear literature review, and research objectives
Research methods
The research foundation or principles have a proportion of 12% or around 2 (two) pages of the entire manuscript. Includes research paradigms, types of research conducted, data collection techniques, and data analysis.
Results and Analysis
The essence of research findings amounts to 38% or around seven (7) pages of the entire manuscript. State research results, contain tables, graphs and images that are interpreted and explained with relevant literature (if deemed necessary).
Conclusion
The final section of this research report has a proportion of 7% or around 1 (one) page of the entire manuscript. Concluding research that can represent the main findings and have meaningful recommendations.
Reference
The final section of this research report amounts to 12% or around 2 (two) pages of the entire manuscript. This reflects the adequacy and novelty of reference literature by prioritizing scientific journals (80%) as a basis for a minimum of 12 citations.
