PENERAPAN PROJECT BASED LEARNING (PjBL) DALAM MENINGKATKAN KREATIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR PADA MATERI UPAKARA DI KELAS VII SMP NEGERI 1 BANDAR MATARAM
Abstract
This research is based on the problems that exist in the research that has been conducted, namely the lack of creativity and learning outcomes of class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Bandar Mataram. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) including quantitative and qualitative research. This research was conducted by implementing Project Based Learning in class VII with 14 students, carried out in two cycles where each cycle was carried out with 2 meetings. Data collection techniques in this study were in the form of test sheets, observation sheets, interviews and documentation. The analysis techniques used for quantitative data were observations of student activities, test sheets and creativity observation sheets to see if there was an increase after the implementation of Project Based Learning (PjBL). Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the application of the Project Based Learning model has been proven to be able to increase the creativity and learning outcomes of students, this is proven by the results of the achievement of student creativity in cycle I obtaining 74.28% with sufficient criteria and increasing 91.42% in cycle II. While the learning outcomes in cycle I obtained a score of 40% and increased in cycle II with a score of 88.57%, thus the Project Based Learning model can increase the creativity and learning outcomes of class VII SMP Negeri 1 Bandar Mataram.
